Potato Casserole

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

1 pack (2 lbs) frozen shredded potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 pint (2 cup) sour cream
1 cup melted butter
1 cup (1 can) cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Topping
2 cups crushed plain corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Steps

  1. Mix ingredients and put in a greased 11x13 casserole dish.
  2. Crush corn flakes, mix with melted butter and spread on top of potato mixture.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 40-45 min.
