Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

sweet potatoes |
| 1/2 tsp |
salt |
| 1/2 cup |
sugar |
| 2 |
eggs, beaten |
| 1 tsp |
vanilla |
| 1/2 tsp |
cinnamon |
| 1/2 cup |
milk |

| 1 cup |
brown sugar |
| 1 cup |
chopped pecans |
| 1/2 stick |
butter |
Steps
- Boil whole sweet potatoes for 30 min
or until soft. Check with fork for softness.
- Peel potatoes and mash in a mixing bowl.
- Combine salt, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and milk with mashed
potatoes in mixing bowl. Spread mixture in buttered 9x13 casserole dish.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Melt 1/2 stick butter in microwave, combine with chopped pecans and
brown sugar. Mix until crumbly, spread on top of sweet potato mixture.
- Cook in oven at 350 F for 25-30 min.
